1. I've purchased old version of your software. Do I have to pay for any new versions?

No, you don't have to pay for any upgrades. Just download it and install on your phone.


2. When I try to register and enter the registration key I see this message: "You have entered invalid code."

Please go to Start->Settings->Owner Information, and check if you have provided valid owner name when you bought the software. The code is generated based on your smartphone's owner name, and if you have any misspelings (like leading/trailing white spaces), you should correct them. If you have entered invalid owner information in the order, please send your valid owner name to support@rivia.net.


3. When I try to register and enter the registration key I see this message: "You can't register application. Owner information must be filled."

Please go to Start->Settings->Owner Information, and fill the Owner name field with the name you have provided in the order.
